Services

Consultations are held privately, one to one, over video.

Cancellations

There is no charge to cancel or reschedule with more than 24 hours' notice. Within 24 hours, or where a scheduled consultation is not attended, a fee of half the cost of that consultation may apply.

Refunds

Should the practice cancel, or a technical failure prevent a consultation from taking place, any payment is returned in full to the original card within five business days.

Adults, eighteen and over. Some geographic restrictions apply.
